When we choose the grade of the magnet, it is not the higher the grade of the magnet that is better. The most important thing is the right one for your application.
We should maximize the performance of a certain grade so that they can be 100% useful on their own.
If you choose a high performance magnet, but you don't actually get the full performance out of it, then it's a waste of resources and you'll be overpaying for it.

Neodymium magnets are alloys of metal materials. The raw materials contain a lot of metal substances that are easy to oxidize, and will lose their magnetic properties after oxidation. The function of coating is to isolate the metal substance from air and prolong its service life. Without the coating, its magnetism will gradually disappear in 2-4 weeks.
